About Me

Hi! My name is Theodore Kotsiris and I am a certified personal trainer!

 

I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being out of shape affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. On the journey to reach your full potential, I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the way..

 

 

When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but fit. I was very overweight and I realized it was because of a combination of bad habits like eating fast food & drinking too frequently. I decided to do something about it. I adopted an entirely new lifestyle and have never regretted it.

I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to make the decision to take it to the next level and to thoroughly examine my workouts as well as make all the necessary changes to achieve my goals.

Learning about proper movement mechanics and behavioral changes entirely transformed my body. What I enjoy the most about it is that you can crack down on negative consistencies and watch yourself progress into making the right ones.

I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It grows to become part of who you are. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

No! Programs are designed to suit your specific needs.
